Half a tablet with breakfast. Terrified of the hallway cupboard. Allowed one of the brown treats, not the green ones. You know all of it without thinking. Nobody else does.
Written down once, while nothing is wrong
The Pet Passport is where all of that lives — not as a note you meant to finish, but as a real record somebody else can read and act on.
It’s included with free Woof, and there’s no wrong time to fill it in. Most of it you already know by heart.
- Feeding, walks, routines, and the things that would never occur to you to say
- Medications with the real dose, schedule and instructions
- Allergies and conditions — including what someone must not do
- Your vet, and separately your emergency vet, with numbers
- Vaccinations, weight over time, microchip and license
- Documents and photographs, kept where you can find them

Sharing is a choice, every time
A Pet Passport is a medical record about an animal you love, and Woof treats it like one. Nothing is published, nothing is public, and nothing goes anywhere you didn’t send it.
- You pick the categoriesA vet doesn’t need your walking routine. A sitter doesn’t need vaccine lot numbers. Documents are opted in one at a time — “include documents” never means all of them.
- Links expire, and you can end them soonerAn hour, a day, or a week. Revoking one takes effect immediately, including for any documents it reached.
- How to get into your home is never in a shareNot as a default you could change by accident — the database physically refuses to put entry instructions in a Pet Passport share at all.
- You can see what happenedEach link shows you how many times it’s been opened and when it was last viewed.
What isn’t built yet. Surgeries and past illnesses, reminders delivered as notifications, and reading a vaccine certificate from a photograph are all designed and not finished. When they exist, they’ll be on this page.
