Woof is free on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. The core protection of check-ins, your Safety Network, and the Woof Pet Record costs nothing and doesn’t expire.
Free to download. Free core protection, with no trial and no expiry. iPhone and Android.
One account works on both. A household can mix iPhones and Android phones, and Super Woof bought on either phone is Super Woof on the other. You are never asked to buy it twice. Fall Protection is the one capability that needs an Apple Watch.

Stop the text messages
Reply STOP to any Woof text and that number stops receiving them. Reply HELP for contact details.
I was added to someone’s Safety Network
You were invited by someone who chose you. You have to accept before Woof will ever contact you, and you can decline.
Why did Woof email me “Woof is checking on you”?
Woof couldn’t reach you about a missed check-in. The button opens a page with an I’m Okay button; nothing changes until you press it. You can also open the Woof app. Unsubscribing from Woof updates & offers doesn’t stop these emails; marking one as spam stops all email from Woof to that address until you verify it again in the app.
How many pets can I add?
Free Woof protects one pet, completely. Super Woof lets you protect and manage up to 10. Members who joined Woof before this policy keep multi-pet access, whether or not they subscribe.
What happens to my other pets if Super Woof ends?
Their information stays safely stored. Your first-added pet remains active, the others are kept exactly as they are, and they unlock again as soon as Super Woof is restored. Nothing is deleted, and you can still export or remove any pet’s records at any time.
