How Does Woof Work?

  • Timers: Home & Away

    Woof’s app uses timers linked to an in-home bluetooth beacon we send you. Location tracking is not required.

  • Bluetooth Beacon

    The Woof app syncs to your beacon and automatically tracks when you leave and return home using your beacon’s signal strength.

  • Woof Support & Wellness Check

    If your timers expire Woof Support will reach out to you and your emergency contacts to confirm your wellbeing and get your pet help if needed.

  • Pet Passport

    We capture important information about your pet and we pass this on to your pet beneficiary or anyone else caring for your pet.

Woof Support Models: Your Choice

  • Limited Support Model

    If your timer expires, Woof Support will first try to contact you to confirm whether you’re in an emergency. If we can't verify your well-being, we’ll alert your emergency contacts and designated pet beneficiaries, asking them to step in and care for your pet.

  • Full Support Model

    Everything in the Limited Support Model, plus if we can’t reach you or your emergency contacts, we’ll initiate a wellness check with local authorities to ensure your pet’s safety.

    The Pet Passport is designed to be your central hub for storing all information about your pet. Woof’s support team will use this information if needed to maintain the wellbeing of your pet.
