- The Away TimerYou leave, and a timer starts with a real deadline held on Woof’s servers, not a countdown living on the phone you might have dropped. Come back and it ends by itself.
- The Home TimerFor the opposite worry. If you’ve been home unusually long, Woof asks whether you’re all right. It asks, it doesn’t assume, because a long day indoors is usually just a long day indoors.
- And no trail. Woof learns one thing, where home is, and records crossings of your own boundary, never where you went. There is no route history to keep, sell or lose.

Woof AI reads what’s on file for your pets, and only that, so its answers are about your animals rather than animals in general.
- It notices what’s worth noticing. A vaccination coming due, one that’s slipped past its date, an allergy a sitter should hear about. All of it comes from your pets’ own records, current the moment the record changes.
- It does the paperwork. Add a vet document, like a vaccination card or a discharge note, and Woof AI reads it and fills in the Woof Pet Record for you. You review and confirm every entry; nothing reaches the record on its own.
- It answers questions about your pets’ records and how you’re protected right now, in plain language.

If the whole ladder comes up empty, a person at Woof reviews the unresolved case and decides the appropriate next step, including, when it’s warranted under Woof’s procedures, contacting an appropriate authority to request a wellness check.
Two things never change. It is always a deliberate decision by a person, because Woof software never automatically calls 911, contacts emergency services, or requests a wellness check. And it is opt-in: Super Woof members choose Full Support, and can keep Limited Support if they prefer.
