Share the pets. Never the protection.

In Woof Household, everyone sees the same pets and the same Pet Records, and anyone can add a vaccine, log a dose or update the feeding notes. That’s where the sharing stops.

Protection stays personal. Each adult has their own check-ins and timers, their own home and their own Safety Network, so one person leaving the house, or coming home, never changes anybody else’s protection.

Nobody else in your household can see your location, your check-ins or your Safety Network, or turn your protection off.

Super Woof Family

One plan, up to 5 adults

$4.99 a month or $49.99 a year in the US. One member owns the subscription and buys it in the Woof app. Everyone they invite into the household is covered by it, up to 5 adults in all, and nobody they invite pays anything.

Every one of those adults gets their own Super Woof: Automatic Protection, up to six Safety Contacts, Ask Woof and the choice of Full Support, each for themselves. The household shares room for up to 10 pets and Caregiver Pass.

Already paying for Super Woof? Joining a Family household doesn’t cancel your own subscription. Woof can’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription for you, so Woof tells you when you join, and you cancel it in your store settings.
Have Super Woof for life? You keep it. Family covers everyone else.
iPhone and Android together. The plan belongs to the household, so it covers everyone whichever phone they use.

The Household Admin invites you
With a private link or an 8-character code. Each invitation works once, for seven days, and holds a place in the household until it’s used or withdrawn.

You see exactly what will happen
Before you accept, Woof shows you the household and what joining means for you. If you already have pets in Woof, you can bring them, with all their records.

You set up your own protection
Your check-ins, your home (the household’s, if you live there too) and your Safety Contacts. Nobody does it for you, and nobody can see it.

If your protection is running, joining waits until you’ve turned it off yourself: Woof never moves, ends or changes protection that’s counting down.

Who does what

Three roles, all adults

Household Admin: Invites and removes people, looks after the household’s home address, and can hand the role to someone else.
Co-admin: Helps run the household: its name, the pets’ guardians and what a helper is told about the home. The Admin can also trust them with the address.
Member: Sees and updates the pets and their records, logs doses and gets reminders, alongside everyone else.

Anyone can leave, and keeps their account, their Safety Network and their history. The Admin hands the role to someone else before leaving.
